Having roamed Earth from 90,000,000 to 65,000,000 BHC (Before Human Christ), Raptor Jesus is a fearsome Fundex Mon to face, with great stats, an awesome ability in Technician, and the movepool to use it, while taking hits as well. It also gets Calm Mind and Bulk Up to boost its stats with. However, the latter will not find great use, because of Raptor Jesus' Special movepool is way better than his Physical one.

The standard Technician sweeping set, and it's not hard to explain. It uses almost all moves Raptor Jesus gets to abuse Technician with. Nothing in the Fundex walls the combination of Dragon / Electric / Water or Fighting, but a fourth attack can still be useful to have either a Matrix OHKO or an attack to hit Fire types with during Sunny Day. You might also want to have Calm Mind to boost your Special Attack further and sweep harder, but Raptor Jesus can be too slow to pull that off nicely.

A defensive Calm Mind set. With the given EVs and Nature, Raptor Jesus has equal defensive stats and maximum HP. Protect is Raptor Jesus' only means of using a move to heal besides Rest. It can be used over Water Pulse or Aura Sphere to make the set slightly more durable.

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

Unlike the other sets, who aim to tank the foe, this one aims to flat-out deal damage. Draco Meteor is Raptor Jesus' strongest attack, and with Choice Specs on the raptor's eyes, it deals a lot of damage right from the start. The coverage has already been explained in the pervious sets. DragonBreath can still be run over the fourth attack if you want to stay in a bit longer, instead of using the set for hit and run.
Other Options
Focus Blast, Hidden Power, Bulk Up, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Payback
Focus Blast is a replacement for Aura Sphere, but it has way less PP and misses often.
Hidden Power (with 60 base power) can be run for extra coverage.
Bulk Up can be used with Raptor Jesus' good 109 and 110 Attack and Defense, but his Physical movepool is nowhere as good as the Special one.
Outrage would be the powerful attack on a Physical set.
Dragon Tail can be used with laid down hazards to deal passive damage.
Payback can also be used on a physical set; since Raptor Jesus is not really fast, it will often be hitting 100 base power.
Checks and Counters
Because of Raptor Jesus' below average Speed, anything faster with a strong Dragon or Ice attack (Physical preferred over Special) can come in after a KO to take the raptor down. A strong special wall like Reimu can switch into any of his attacks and commence stalling, but might have to be wary of the possible but rare Physical set with Payback. Any Taunter that is not slower can be brought in as well to stop Raptor Jesus from Calm Minding his stats to very high numbers; you have to watch out for DragonBreath's ability to paralyze, though.
