I decided to try out Sand in ubers and created this team.
Nomnomnom (Tyranitar) (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Atk / 180 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Stealth Rock
- Pursuit
- Superpower
Tyranitar is my lead and sand-setter.
Lum Berry and Superpower are run to beat Darkrai leads (SS breaks sashes).
SR is SR and Crunch + Pursuit deals with the many Uber psychics.
The Ev spread is to survive 2 Kyogre Surfs in sand.
Snuggles (Giratina-O) @ Griseous Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
CM Restalk Giratina-O is rather self-explanatory.
Even though it takes damage from sandstorm,it can hit back rather significantly.
The EV spread is very self-explanatory too,it's made for maximum bulk while CMing.
Spiky Prick (Ferrothorn) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 248 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Thunder Wave
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
Ferrothorn is a staple of many Ubers teams due to Spikes access,semi-reliable healing and
Dragon resistance.
The Ev spread gives him enough defenses to stand Outrages,Draco Meteors and other resisted attacks.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Dual Chop
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
SubSD chomp needs no explanation.
With a typing that not only gives him fantastic STAB only resisted by Skarmory and Bronzong,
he can easiliy run two attacks. EQ and Dual Chop for STAB and Sub to scout for misses and free SD's.

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Rapid Spin
- Shadow Claw
BROKENDRILL is my Spinner and forms a sort of "double dragon" with Garchomp -
They're both countered similarly,so using them both lets me weaken counters with one and finish them with the other. Shadow Claw hits Giratina-A/O for usable damage,but I may replace it with X-scissor.
God (Arceus-Rock) @ Stone Plate
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 80 Atk / 252 SAtk / 176 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Stone Edge
- Grass Knot
- Work Up
- Fire Blast
Mixed Arceus is one of my creations.
Stone Edge is the main STAB and destroys everything including but not limited to:
Ho-Oh,Lugia (2hko'd),Rayquaza,Lati@s,Reshiram and Rock-weak Arceus formes.
Grass Knot and Fire Blast give coverage on foes such as Ferrothorn,Forretress,Kyogre and Groudon,all which either take weather away or wall most of my team.
Work Up makes this the mixed sweeper it is meant to be.
